ArquTec Solutions is investing in the growing trend of Quantum Computing technologies, which is a super-position of states (carrying multiple states at the same time), and quantum entanglement (which is a correlation of 2 particles).
A quantum super-position of entanglement states can represent a massive amount of possibilities. For example 3 Qubits in a super-position entanglement state can represent 8 possibilities ranging from 000 to 111 simultaneously.
Therefore, 300 Qubits can represent more possibilities/configurations than there are particles in the universe. Therefore a Quantum Computer can explore all these possibilities simultaneously in parallel providing massive processing capabilities. However, when extracting an answer, out of all the possibilities only one will show up, which is a collapse of the quantum state. This can be resolved using quantum interference (a quantum algorithm) to eventually build up the probability (surety) of getting the correct results, dissipating the non-answer into the background.
Qubits are represented by Trapped Ions (isolated and electrically charged atoms, or ions, held in place with electric fields), pushed with laser beams to allow the Qubits to interact. Quantum Logic Gates are used to represent entanglement and super-position states (single Qubit and Multi-Qubits) for operations processing. Quantum wires are then used in Quantum Computers to transport in entanglement and super-position states. Voltage is manipulated to move the atoms to create a Quantum Register (a chain of atoms), and a laster beam is then split into individual beams that are focused on the chain of atoms all initialized into a well defined zero state using a specific color. The laser beams are then tailored using an exact profile executing single Qubit or Multi-Qubits gates simultaneously. When the computation is done, another specific color laser beam is used and the glowing atoms are output 1 (one), and the dark ones are output 0 (zero)
Quantum Advantage, in which a Quantum Computer computation cannot be matched by any classical computer, is at achieved 64 Qubits.
