I really loved creating stories when I was a kid
I used to anxiously wait for the weekly TV Guide to arrive in the mail. When it arrived, my mom would hand it to me, and I would read through it with excitement. One-liners always filled the TV Guide's many pages. One after another, in time-slots under each day of the week. I had a spiral notebook filled with my own handwritten one-liners. I would then madly undergo the creation of my very own one-liners, logging each under dates and times, using pencils. My thoughts were, "If you could not decide if you wanted to see a movie or show just by reading its one-liner, then what was the point?".
I loved to create, so I got into electronics, building little circuits from parts I found in discarded television sets. I eventually majored in electrical engineering. With IC chips on the horizon, it seemed like a great career choice. I worked for a period on military aircraft, mostly the A-10 Thunderbolt, my favorite!
Eventually, hardware went overseas, and software development gained prominence. I adapted, finding myself niches, and having worked on complex event processing platforms, found myself on the NYSE, venturing into equities.
I wrote for enjoyment during my engineering years, but mostly just shelved them. I created suspense thrillers, horrors, military thrillers, and science fiction novels, novellas, and screenplays. I am also an avid reader.
I was fortunate enough to have gained funding for two of my stories to be produced as motion pictures. One was called "Poker" which was produced as a short film. I will publish the novel "Poker" in the future. The second one was called "Inner Rage", a screenplay, which starred "Joe Estevez". You can watch "Inner Rage" on "Tubi" and "Filmhub". You can find both films cataloged on IMDb.
I live in the country in New Jersey on a home with acreage, and enjoy the great outdoors. I am thrilled with my life and have no complaints.
I feel blessed that I have a great life, a beautiful and loving wife, a loving and supportive son, now a lawyer, who still looks up to me, and two beautiful, successful, and intelligent step-daughters. One daughter is a shrewd businesswoman, and the other is an amazing artist and marketing and product agent. I am very proud of them.
